1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, visiting our office, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all patients, guardians, and website users.

2. Services Provided

Mora Dental Studio provides preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and specialty dental care. While we strive for excellence, treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances, and no guarantees are made unless provided in writing.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Patients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in a fee.

4. Financial Responsibility

Patients are responsible for all treatment costs, including services not covered by insurance.

Co-pays, deductibles, and patient balances are due at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made.

We accept insurance plans as a courtesy but final payment responsibility rests with the patient.

5. Insurance and Claims

Mora Dental Studio will submit claims to your dental insurance provider on your behalf.

We are not responsible for denied claims, downgrades, or non-covered procedures.

Any unpaid balance after insurance processing remains the patient’s responsibility.

6. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive appointment reminders, treatment updates, and health-related messages from Mora Dental Studio. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All patient information is handled in compliance with HIPAA and our published Privacy Policy. We will not share your information without consent, except as required by law or insurance processing.

8. Patient Conduct

Patients and guardians are expected to:

Treat staff and other patients with respect.

Provide accurate medical and insurance information.

Follow treatment recommendations and office policies for safety.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the patient-provider relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mora Dental Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatment outcomes, delayed appointments, or third-party services (such as insurance providers or labs).

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted in our office and on our website with a revised effective date.
